With a 2,500 sq foot dedicated Power Gym, 100+ Pieces of Cardio, Weight Lifting, Strength Training Equipment, an Indoor Running Track, our members can enjoy the Indoor Lap Pool and Lounge Pool, Saunas, Steam Room and Basketball & Racquetball Courts.

FIGHT FITNESS:

Get fit without getting hit! This high energy high impact class will whip you into shape. There’s nothing like hitting the bags to get rid off all the stress.

POOL AQUATICS:

Fun exercise performed in the pool for all fitness levels. Ideal for people with arthritis or recovering from injuries. Noodles, aquatic steps & water weights are used for increased resistance.

SPINNING:

A cardio cycling class that doesn’t compare to any other cardio workout. Spinning is for everyone, at any age and at every level of fitness. Many of our instructors inject their Caribbean vibes to motivate you on your rhythmic journey.

CARDIO KICKBOXING:

A combination of Cardio & Kickboxing moves that will get your body into fighting shape.

SILVER SNEAKERS MSROM:

Muscular, Strength and Range Of Movement is conditioning in a seated forum. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercised designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement for your daily life.

HATHA YOGA:

Learn to get in touch with your inner-self through relaxation, breathing and stretching techniques. this is a fantastic way to start your day.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:

A complete athletic workout, this class will strengthen, condition, tone and define. Emphasis on body alignment, posture, coordination, strength and flexibility.

BOOT CAMP:

A total body work out given by our Elite Physique Drill Sergeants’. Be Ready to Work!

PEAK PERFORMANCE:

Cut Fat & Increase Functional Mobility, Heart pumping and Body jumping Choreographed to the latest music. This is a high Intensity, body carving work out.

PILATES:

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance.

SILVERSPLASH:

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash offers LOTS of fun & shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardio-vascular endurance. No swimming ability is required. A SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength balance and coordination.

BOXING:

Learn boxing skills and drills. All levels welcome.

ZUMBA & ZUMBA GOLD:

A very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don’t need any previous dance experience!

STRONG by ZUMBA:

High Intensity interval training, the music and moves will help you reach your fitness goals.

INSANE ABS:

Burn Belly Fat away with an array of intense abdominal exercises that will tone and sculpt your midsection.
